A few years back I was having a few problems with Adsense on my main blog. On or around the 20th October 2009, the click through ratio (CTR) dropped by quite a bit as seen in the graph below. When CTR drops, it means less people are clicking ads which in turn, gives less income for the type of traffic I had. At that point the blog was earning about $50/day from Adsense and suddenly, it dropped. At the lowest point the site did just $7 which is a big difference although the average for the low CTR period was around $15/day which is still quite a drop.
